Wall thickness of 0.5mm, length of 180mm. ■Point: Faced challenges in suppressing vibration during outer diameter machining. Innovated a jig to be placed inside the pipe. We can also handle machining of various resins such as ABS, POM, and PC entirely in our own factory. With approximately 100 machining machines at our disposal, we can flexibly accommodate urgent and short delivery projects. We are also capable of processing super engineering plastics such as PPS, PEEK, and PTFE.
